Student helpers
Current residents are most welcome to join the College Archives as student helpers. You will be involved in two main areas of work:

Archival management: We hold regular work sessions with student helpers during term time and vacations to perform various archival management tasks, such as cataloguing, scanning, boxing and labelling, etc.

Transcription of oral history interviews: We are looking for helpers who are fluent in Cantonese and written Chinese to transcribe our oral history interviews with alumni of the College.
Student helpers receive a modest honorarium for archival management and transcription work. Interested residents should contact our Student Curators directly.
Volunteers
We also welcome current residents, alumni and friends to help the College Archives in other ways. We are in need of volunteers in many other work areas, such as transcription of historical materials, historical research, oral history interviews, etc. We would be most happy to explore arrangements for collaboration.
